Infant received an overdose of parenteral nutrition.  During emergency resuscitation efforts, an overdose of anti-seizure medication was given and as a result the infant was neurologically devastated.  This was a medical malpractice case against the hospital and a product liability against the manufacturer of the infusion pump.

Construction defect case involving a multi-unit condo complex.  Homeowners association sued the builder for numerous defects as a result of water intrusion, inadequate drainage and poor construction.
